I have been looking for these genetics for over 2 years and here are the results of that search, Finn of Flatland Farm! Mark and Jamie of Flatland Farm raise excellent traditional Scottish Highland cattle. Mark had the great idea to AI Enya of Flatland Farm with DH Excitement. DH Excitement was the 1992 NEHCA Grand Champion Bull and the 1993 National Grand Champion Bull at the NWSS in Denver. He was a moderate framed bull, a moderately fast growing bull with lots of Scottish style. He has produced white, dun, or silver progeny in almost 50% of his registered progeny. Finn's dam side is no slouch either with EZ Acres Kyle, Skye High Wayward Son, and Ben Eniglair of Scone Palace in his dam's lineage. This young man has already taken home one Champion Banner in his very first show. We are excited to see what happens with his show career, but even MORE EXCITED to see the calves he will produce for us in the future! At 1 year of age, Finn weighed 803 lbs and passed his breeding soundness exam with a scrotal circumference of 34 cm.
